These lanterns have an integrated bluetooth speaker in their base, which can be paired with any bluetooth audio device.

Touch activation of the lighting aspect of the lantern is just like the non-bluetooth models.
One Tap: Switch on/off.
Long Hold: Slowly increase brightness.
Long Hold a Second Time: Slowly decrease brightness.

Touch activation of the bluetooth aspect is as follows.

To switch on the bluetooth connection: Press and Hold the switch on the back of the lantern for 3 seconds.  The blue indicator light will flash and there will be a voice prompt.

To switch off the bluetooth connection: Press and Hold the switch on the back of the lantern for 3 seconds.  The blue indicator light will switch off.

As with all LightBud Lanterns, these have a USB rechargeable battery which will last through the night, but can always be tethered to a USB cable and left at your bedside.
